About this campaign

MASHI Damascus 01 funds 300 vehicles of a shared electric scooter fleet for Damascus: OKAI ES400A V2-class scooters with swappable batteries, 4G telemetry and fleet-grade tyres, deployed across hubs in Abu Rummaneh, Al-Malki, Mezzeh, Al-Baramkeh and the approaches to the Old City.

MASHI procures, deploys and operates the fleet — charging, rebalancing, maintenance and rider support. Each calendar month is closed from what the fleet actually collected: gross ride revenue, less operating costs, less payment and platform fees, less MASHI's management fee. What remains is allocated pro rata to funded units and published as a statement.

Every projection on this page and in the estimator is an estimate for planning. No return is guaranteed, and the campaign structure is subject to Syrian legal and regulatory review.

Risk disclosure

Funding a fleet unit puts capital at risk. Distributions depend on what the fleet actually earns after costs and fees, and a month may produce nothing. This is not a deposit, it pays no interest, and your capital is not protected. Vehicles can be damaged, stolen or impounded; demand, fares and imported-parts costs all move. MASHI holds no financial-services licence and no regulatory approval. The campaign structure is under Syrian legal and regulatory review, and funding is governed by the agreement version accepted at checkout.

Refund policy

Before vehicles are procured, a funded order may be refunded on request, less any payment-processing fee already incurred that cannot be recovered. Once vehicles have been procured and deployed against a unit, capital is committed to physical assets and is not refundable on request. If the campaign is cancelled before procurement, funded capital is returned in full on the same basis. Every refund is recorded in the ledger and appears on the investor's statement.
