What these terms cover
These terms apply to anyone funding a MASHI fleet campaign through this website. They sit alongside the terms of use, the privacy policy and the risk disclosure, and they are general: each campaign has its own agreement with its own numbers.
The campaign agreement comes first
The campaign agreement you accept at checkout is what governs your funding. It defines ownership and allocation, the fee model, distribution mechanics, any reserve, and refund conditions. Where these general terms and a campaign agreement differ, the agreement applies. Agreements are versioned: you accept a specific version, it is recorded against your order, and later versions do not change it retroactively.
Who may participate
You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding contract, and providing your own funds. MASHI may require identification and source-of-funds information before accepting or settling a payment, and may decline or reverse participation where it cannot satisfy those checks or where accepting would breach applicable law.
How funding works
You choose a campaign and a number of units. Those units are held while your payment is in progress and are confirmed only when the payment settles. If a payment fails, expires or is cancelled, the held units are released back to the campaign. Funding progress shown publicly counts settled payments only — never holds, and never non-binding reservations.
Allocation
When your payment settles, your units are allocated to you in MASHI's records, and that record is what statements and any distribution are calculated from. Allocation of a unit does not give you possession of a vehicle, the right to remove one from the fleet, or any role in operating it. Where a campaign assigns specific vehicle identifiers to funded units, that is a record of assignment and does not change the terms above.
Fees
Each campaign publishes its fee model before funding opens: the operating costs charged to the fleet, payment and platform fees, and MASHI's management fee. Fees are applied as described in that model. MASHI does not apply a fee that is not published in the campaign's fee model.
Statements
A month is closed from the operating ledger: gross ride revenue, less operating costs, less payment and platform fees, less the management fee, leaving net proceeds allocated across funded units. Your statement shows those figures for your allocation. Statements are built from actual operations and never from estimator projections. A statement may be corrected, and any correction is made by a visible adjusting entry rather than by editing history.
Distributions
Eligible net proceeds are distributed as set out in the campaign agreement. MASHI may retain a reserve where the agreement provides for one. A month that does not clear its costs produces nothing to distribute, and the statement will say so.
Withdrawals
Where the campaign and the applicable feature settings permit withdrawals, you may request payment of your available balance. Requests are reviewed, may require identity verification, and are paid to an account in your own name. A request may be declined where the balance is not available, where verification fails, or where payment would breach applicable law.
Refunds and cancellation
Refund conditions are set by the campaign agreement and by the campaign's stated refund policy. There is no general right to cancel after a payment has settled. If a campaign does not proceed, the agreement states what happens to funds received.
Risk
You accept that no return is guaranteed, that you may lose some or all of your capital, and that this is neither a deposit nor an interest-bearing product. The risk disclosure forms part of these terms.
Your information
Information you provide is handled as described in the privacy policy. Records relating to funding, statements and distributions are kept for the period required of financial records.
Legal status
MASHI holds no financial-services licence and no regulatory approval, and the structure used for fleet campaigns remains subject to Syrian legal and regulatory review. Nothing on this site or in these terms is investment, legal or tax advice.
Changes and law
These general terms may change; the version published here is the current one, and a change does not alter a campaign agreement already accepted. These terms are governed by Syrian law, and the courts of Damascus have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
