Fund a fleet unit.

You fund units. MASHI runs the fleet.

The model

Seven steps.

  1. Step 1

    Choose

Pick a campaign and a number of units.

  2. Step 2

    Fund

Accept the agreement and pay. Units confirm when the payment settles.

  3. Step 3

    We deploy

MASHI buys the scooters, liveries them and puts them out.

  4. Step 4

    We operate

Charging, swaps, rebalancing, maintenance, rider support. Daily.

  5. Step 5

    Riders ride

Real trips, paid by the minute. That is the revenue.

  6. Step 6

    Track

Your portal: units, capital, monthly statements, distributions.

  7. Step 7

    Distribution

Net proceeds are distributed under the campaign agreement. A month that misses its costs distributes nothing.

Where the money goes

One month, top to bottom.

  1. Gross ride revenue

    What riders paid.

  2. Less operating costs

Charging, rebalancing, maintenance, parts, storage, permits, insurance, taxes.

  3. Less payment and platform fees

Collecting the money, running the systems.

  4. Less MASHI's management fee

A percentage of net operating proceeds. No proceeds, no fee.

  5. Net distributable proceeds

    What is left. Sometimes nothing.

  6. Allocated to funded units

Pro rata: your units over total funded units.

Fees, allocation, reserves and timing are set per campaign. The agreement prevails over this page.

Plain terms

What you get.

You get

  • Units in one named campaign.
  • A recorded allocation.
  • Monthly statements from real operations.
  • A portal: units, capital, distributions.

You do not get

  • A scooter.
  • A say in operations, hubs or fares.
  • A deposit, savings or interest. Your capital is not protected.
  • Any promise of a return, a distribution, or your capital back.

Risk

What can go wrong.

Funding a MASHI fleet campaign puts capital at risk. Please read this before you pay.

  • No return is guaranteed. Distributions depend on what the fleet actually earns after operating costs and fees. A month may produce no distribution at all.
  • This is not a deposit and pays no interest. Your capital is not protected and is not held in a deposit account.
  • You may lose some or all of your capital. Vehicles can be damaged, stolen or impounded, and demand may be lower than expected.
  • Operating performance varies. Utilization, fares, maintenance and the cost of imported parts all move, and several of them are priced in hard currency.
  • The legal structure is under review. MASHI holds no financial-services licence and no regulatory approval, and the campaign structure is subject to Syrian legal and regulatory review.
  • Funding is governed by the campaign agreement. Allocation, fees, distribution and refund terms are set by the agreement version you accept at checkout.
  • Reservations are non-binding unless the campaign states otherwise.

The agreement governs

  • Ownership, allocation, fees, distribution and refunds: set by the agreement, per campaign.
  • Agreements are versioned. Later versions do not apply retroactively.
  • Subject to Syrian legal and regulatory review. MASHI is not a bank or a licensed fund, and takes no deposits.
  • Nothing here is investment, legal or tax advice.
